    Nestled in the rolling hills of Sutton Forest, half way between Sydney and Canberra lies Stones at Eling Forest Winery. An active farm on 175 acres offering an Award Winning Fine Dining Restaurant, Cellar Door, 
    Conference/Function Centre, Guest House and Private Dining rooms.
    Your hosts Mark and Megan Stone are internationally trained Chefs and have worked in some of the best Restaurants in the world and bring their talent to the highlands. The two year old function centre offers a green and courtyard, with large balcony and separate toilet facilities. The room can be split into three sections allowing multipurpose activities at once.

    Megan Stone recently filmed a promotional video for 'Graze and Flavour' Towrang, local growers of rare Black Pigs and Hampshire Down and Suffolk sheep. Megan shows how to unpack the online order when it arrives to you preparing delicious meals.

     

    Mark Stone is a Regular On Kerrie-Ann. Mark Created his Deconstructed Tiramisu and the worlds best hot chocolate.

     

    Fremantle Media, the makers of "Master Chef" recently stayed here for 24 hours with the Stones organising the Master Chef competition for 2011. The CEO and Directors were very impressed with their stay and the degustation menu presented to them.

     

    Tristan Rosier - Chef, has just returned from the UK after training for 3 weeks in some of the Best Restaurants in the world.
