St Maur Wines

A family owned vineyard, St Maur honours the tradition of its Italian heritage and embraces the philosophy that great wine can only be made from good grapes.

St Maur (pronounced ‘more’) is blessed with rich volcanic soil, generous rainfall and a cool climate, which means that the grapes ripen more slowly.  These conditions, combined with our decision to prune the vines heavily and control leaf growth, limit the grape quantity, but produce a more intensely flavoured grape which helps us to create distinct and expressive wines. 

Located in the old dairy, our Cellar Door offers relaxing and picturesque surrounds to taste our selection of premium wines. Don’t just take our word for it, come and try for yourself.  A warm welcome awaits.
