Southern Highlands Restaurant Eschalot Wins Hat in SMH Good Food Guide

Southern Highlands Corporate Events congratulates Eschalot on winning its fourth prestigious Hat in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
Owner Richard Kemp is thrilled at the award and is particularly pleased at the credit given to his staff.
Our recently appointed chef Joel Bickford has been integral in developing a menu in keeping with the overall style and location of the restaurant. Joel has been a central figure in guiding Eschalot to its 4th Hat.
As with many noted restaurants, Owner Richard Kemp continues to evolve his regional brand into an experience which diners from all over the world have come to enjoy as part of their Southern Highlands journey.
To help celebrate 50 years of Tulip Time in the southern Highlands, Eschalot is providing a Quick Lunch including 2 courses with a glass of wine for $35.00.
Eschalot is one of the finest restaurants in the famous Southern Highlands. A reputation it has created and enjoyed for over half a decade.
Located in the historic village of Berrima and operating from one of the most significant heritage buildings in the area, Eschalot delivers consistently beautiful cuisine with an elegant and understated sense of occasion.
In summer, Eschalot offers a tranquil outlook to the garden and formal courtyard, while in winter guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks by the open fire.
Every dish is created with style, innovation and beautifully compliments the unique location of the restaurant.
